If you are having trouble with your credit card, please make sure your card number, security code, expiration date, and billing zip code are accurate. Additionally, please make sure your card is not expired.
If you need to update your credit card information, go to your “Dashboard” by clicking on your circular profile picture in the top, right corner of the page and then clicking on “Dashboard” from the drop-down menu. While in your dashboard click on “Billing and Payments” in the left-hand navigation bar, then click on “Billing Settings.”
From there, go to the “Billing Info” section and click on the text link to “Edit Billing Info.” From there insert your new billing information into the form and click “Update Payment Method” to immediately update your credit card billing information.
